Team roles

Inviting members
- Go to Settings > Team
- Click Invite Member
- Enter the email address
- Select a role (Admin or Member)
- Click Send Invite
Pending invitations can be cancelled at any time before they’re accepted.
Accepting an invite
When you receive an invitation:- Click the link in the email
- Log in or create a TryPost account
- Accept or decline the invitation
- If accepted, you’re immediately added to the workspace
Changing roles
Owners and admins can change a member’s role at any time from Settings > Team. Click on the member’s current role to change it.Removing members
Owners and admins can remove members from Settings > Team. Removing a member:- Revokes their access immediately
- Does not delete posts they created
- Does not affect their TryPost account or other workspace memberships
Multiple workspaces
A single TryPost account can belong to multiple workspaces with different roles in each. For example:- Owner of your personal workspace
- Admin of your company workspace
- Member of a client workspace

Can I have multiple owners?
No. Each workspace has exactly one owner — the person who created it. Use the Admin role for other team members who need full management access.
Can a member see all posts or only their own?
Can a member see all posts or only their own?
All members can see all posts in the workspace, regardless of who created them.
What happens when I remove someone who has scheduled posts?
What happens when I remove someone who has scheduled posts?
Their scheduled posts remain and will still be published as planned. Only access to the workspace is revoked.

No. You can invite as many members as you need.
